I've seen many christmas plays in my lifetime, but this takes the cake, or should I say the Christmas Stocking! It is not only hilarious, but also relevant and relatable to people in our own families who we "tolerate" during the holidays. The music is very touching, and not overdone. One warning - it is difficult to see Chandra Currelly Young as being a less-than-likable character. In fact, she plays the role of a snobby &^*($ and I felt guilty not liking her, but I could not let myself like her (her character) because she is so dang mean in this play! I went to Walmart Wednesday before Thanksgiving to purchase the play because I've found out in the past, oftentimes Tyler's plays are sold out before Christmas in our local stores. The play is $19.99 at Walmart, and I see here that it is $15.00.
