Within the 50 U.S. States standard shipping is handled by FedEx Ground Service. Hawaii and Alaska shipping calculations do not use the Ground Rates. Other countries do not use the ground rates.
Military, P.O. Boxes, and International Shipping
Orders sent to military (APO, APF) addresses, orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, and International orders will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and not via FedEx. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
FedEx Shipping Options
FedEx Ground (default) This service takes FedEx up to 5 days to deliver once we ship.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Express Services below are all based on orders before 10:00AM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern Time will go out the next business day.
FedEx First Overnight Early morning deliveries, next business day
FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery by 10:30 a.m., next business day
FedEx Standard Overnight Afternoon delivery, next business day
FedEx 2Day Afternoon delivery, second business day
FedEx Express Saver Afternoon delivery, third business day
There is no sales tax added to your order except for orders being delivered to Georgia Residents.
Any orders that are to be shipped to Georgia (GA) will have a 7% sales tax on the products added to the order total.
There is no tax on Shipping and Handling.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any unused items, in the original packaging, for a refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee).
Damaged VHS Tapes or DVDs
Damaged videos must be returned within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Please follow the packing directons listed below. For damaged videos only, we will credit your charge/credit card for the cost of shipping.
Note: Please do not attempt to return videos to us if you did not purchase them on-line. Any black market copies of our videos are clearly identifiable and there will be no refund/replacement or return of the copied tape.
There are black market copies in circulation that have our labels, color cover, etc. and we can easily identify them.
You can expect a prompt refund in the form of a check. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling costs.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
1.) Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2.) Affix the return label to the outside of the box.
3.) Return items (insured and postage pre-paid) via FedEx, FedEx Ground, or the United States Postal Service.
